Description
The BA series is an instrument manufactured by M.G.M. company. It consists of three-phase that is coexistent to the brake motor enclosed and fan cooled. The frame size of the unit ranges from 71 right up to 315 frame size. The brake power supply is AC 3-phase as standard. The series is quick braking action, it has both in unlocked and high torque braking and its constant braking time have a very high number of start/stop cycles.
The engineering and assembling combined with a brake, make the motor reliable. The braking action is obtained without shaft axial sliding and it provides equal braking torque in both directions of rotation. It is applicable on ceramics and machinery textile areas.
